The Company

Founded on February 14, 1994, Loxon Wandset, Incorporated (LWI) rose to be is a Specialist in Architectural Aluminum system . LWI is capable of taking a conceptual idea and turning it into finished system thru proper engineering and testing which adheres to the local and internationally accepted Standards.

The company employs key personnel with overseas experience in glass and aluminum and now employs an average of 400 workers trained in Glass and aluminum Works. Together with foreign Business partners and design consultants, the company has proven to be very competitive with the other international and local glazing companies based here in the Philippines.

The company offers design & engineering, Supply and installation of Construction Materials related to Glass and Aluminum Products. Specific scope of works include Unitized/Stick type Curtain Walls, Window Systems, Glass Doors, Cladding and Skylights and Kalzip Aluminum Roofing . The company can provide these systems for all types of buildings such as private residences, shopping malls, hotels, Industrial buildings, condominium and high rise office/commercial buildings.

The customer base for the company is targeted towards Architects, Consultants, Developers, Building Owners and Project Managers. Technical meetings and negotiations are normally carried out at the client’s offices, but can also take place in LWI premises, where facilities exist to show samples of materials used in manufacture and assembly methods.

The administrative functions are performed at the head office of LWI which is situated adjacent the Fabrication Plant for ease of coordination and management. Engineering design, fabrication and structural glazing are carried out in the company’s factory which is equipped with a range of quality machinery and specialized equipment used for the assembly of aluminum sections into finished product.

Installation on site is carried out by the company’s own experienced installation team led by well trained and experienced Foremen with supervising Technical Personnel and Quality Control Officer to ensure proper procedures are followed.

LWI Key personnel have backgrounds in architecture, civil and mechanical engineering. The majority of management personnel have years of international "hands-on" experience in curtain wall industry and are well versed with the Local and international standards of construction.

The company representatives are trained to be very responsive to customer requirements and to be capable of technical discussion with the client’s representatives. The company is open in training young, driven professionals to carry on the legacy of what Loxon Wandset, Inc. has become.
